    I’m not so sure. I don’t think the ABC articulated such an equivalence, any more than he implied an equivalence with the Bishop of Harare. While I am disappointed that +Martyn has been omitted, I can understand how the ABC could see the presence of CANA and AMiA bishops as a point of division; I might disagree, but still understand.
